Credit Card or Private Pay Cash

We offer the convenience of keeping a credit card on file for your sessions. While you may see an $8 processing fee listed on the portal, this fee is not charged immediately.

The fee will only be applied on the day of your appointment if you choose to pay with your credit card. If you prefer, you can pay in cash at your session to avoid the fee. This gives you flexibility in how you handle your payment.

    Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so we’re here to make the process simple. We offer a free 10-minute consultation to help you determine if we’re the right fit. This is a great opportunity to discuss your needs, ask questions, and learn about our approach.

    If you decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your session and send you intake documents through our secure platform, Simple Practice. This ensures everything is set up before your appointment. We’re here to support you every step of the way—let’s start with a conversation!

    Once we send you screening forms to complete. These forms help us understand your needs and determine the best way to support you.

    Once submitted, you'll receive an online link for your consultation, where we’ll get to know each other and ensure we’re a good fit.

    If you choose to move forward, we’ll send additional intake documents, which must be completed within 24 hours to secure your appointment. Failure to do so may result in cancellation, as we take this as a sign that you may not be ready to commit to the process.
